Sorry, I haven’t been posting as much. As for most of the world, the last year has been rough. I have had a bad case of writer’s block. Like, I went months without writing and that was the longest since I started writing as a pre-teen, so as you might imagine I feel a little… out of sorts. But I’m back and I have a brand new poem for you tonight.
So, without further ado, here is a poem titled ‘Growth’.
Happy March and Happy Reading!
Stay rad,
Catherine Kos
Growth
I shed a tear,
you let out a laugh.
I cried a river,
you bought a boat.
I wanted to die,
you danced like the world was on fire.
I turned my back,
you became belligerent.
I found my worth
and stopped paying attention to what you do.
